Circ_it is coming to UKR***F 2026
Circ_it returns this summer, bringing its collaborative “hack the system” format to UKR***F 2026 in Leeds.
Following the energy and impact of MIPIM 2026, where over 100 participants came together to unpack the blockers to delivering Good Growth, Circ_it will once again create a space for open, honest, cross-sector collaboration.
At UKR***F, Circ_it will convene leaders from across the built environment — public and private sector, alongside emerging voices — to collectively map the systems shaping our towns and cities, identify where they break down, and define practical, actionable fixes.
From conversation to action
The format remains simple:
- Start with a shared challenge
- Map the system (and expose the complexity beneath it)
- Identify blockers
- Co-create solutions that can actually be delivered
Because delivering better places isn’t about more talk — it’s about better alignment.

At MIPIM 2026, Circ_it brought together:

- 485 post-it notes
- 36 blockers
- 12 clear, collective fixes
Those outputs now form a growing framework for delivering Good Growth — grounded in real-world constraints, not theory.
