Circ_it™ Unveils the '10 Fixes' for Good Growth at UKR***F 2026

This May, we brought our disruptive, collaborative "hack the system" format to UKR***F 2026 in Leeds, hosting an energised fringe event at Piglove by the River in the Climate Innovation District. Moving completely away from standard industry panels and pitch prospectuses, the workshop delivered exactly what it promised: a fast, hands-on design sprint to unpack the real-world complexity of urban delivery.

At Layer.studio, we believe that design has the power to bridge the gap between financial viability and high quality regeneration. The immense energy and turnout at UKR***F 2026 prove that the property sector is hungry for open, cross-sector collaboration that drives authentic futures.

The system has been hacked, but the momentum is just building. We are continuously expanding our rengenration 'playbook' to support plan-making across the UK’s urban centres.
